Shipping & Returns
Once you have completed the checkout process you will see a message on screen acknowledging your order and providing you with an order number.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. You will then receive an email confirming the success of your order to the email address you provided. Following this you will receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched; at this point payment will be processed. You will get a confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS AND/OR ITEMS ADDED
If you have placed an order and decided that you would like to cancel the order or would like to add more items, we will accept your cancellation up to 24 hours from when the order was placed, and request to add items will be acceptable before 1 day of shipping. Administration fee will be applied. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
METHOD OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments by Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and ApplePay. We also accept payments via PayPal Services, which enable you to safely & securely provide credit card, debit card or bank account information. We encourage you to fully read & understand the Pay Pal privacy policies.
Namustore.com's shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

Namustore.com ships worldwide using EMS postal service.
Available ordered items will be shipped within 2-3 business days following order completion (Monday to Friday).

Namustore.com shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues and Public Holiday or any other circumstances beyond the control of Namustore.com .
When the order is shipped, Clients will receive an email from email@example.com listing the tracking number with a direct link to the courier website to monitor the shipment status.
CUSTOM & TAX
1. Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
Customs taxes may or may not apply to you. Namustore.com cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy. However, all customs procedures will be taken care of upon leaving the country of origin to ensure timely delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

2. What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, Namustore.com is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
3. Can I have a refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?
If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to customers.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Bags, Accessories and Apparel can ONLY be returned if received damaged. At this time, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or replacements for International orders due to Custom Laws.
Merchandise must be returned unworn/unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and seal. If an item is damaged or faulty, you must immediately notify email@example.com. including pictures of the packaging received with the item ordered and we will replace it with no charges. We take pictures of all items before we seal each parcel.
